Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payment according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to all content provided for your website

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due before website launch or project delivery
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• Tumix Design retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio
• Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain under their respective licenses

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur extra charges. We aim to work collaboratively to ensure your satisfaction within reasonable project boundaries.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and with reasonable care. However, we do not guarantee specific business results from your website. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or content you provide.

Limitation of Liability

Tumix Design's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be charged for work completed to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
